1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using REIGEMS CRM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (the purchaser) and Codegems Solutions Private Limited, the developer of REIGEMS CRM.
REIGEMS CRM is an independent CRM setup and automation system built using third-party software infrastructure. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any other company or platform.
2. License & Usage
REIGEMS CRM is provided as a pre-built CRM configuration for business use. You are purchasing access to the CRM setup, automations, workflows, and templates — not a guarantee of business results, leads, or compliance outcomes.
3. No Legal Responsibility
REIGEMS CRM, its creators, and Codegems Solutions Private Limited are not responsible for how the CRM is used by the purchaser or their clients.
All actions, communications, and business decisions made using this CRM are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. No Liability for Legal Actions
Neither REIGEMS CRM nor Codegems Solutions Private Limited shall be held liable for any legal issues, disputes, or actions arising from the purchaser’s or their client’s use of the CRM — including but not limited to marketing practices, data privacy, or message compliance.
5. Compliance Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring all CRM usage, communications, and automations comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- A2P 10DLC registration requirements
- GDPR, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM
- Local data protection and consent laws
6. Support & Customization
The base snapshot purchase does not include setup assistance, A2P registration, or data migration.
These services can be provided as add-on packages upon request and at an additional cost.
7. Updates & Modifications
Codegems Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify REIGEMS CRM, its features, or these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to customers through official channels.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this CRM snapshot, no refunds will be issued once access or delivery has been granted.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall REIGEMS CRM or Codegems Solutions Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the CRM.
